i relapsed, i was in a rough patch an wanted something to help make me feel better, but of course it wasn't the answer.I didnt "O" only ege to p so atleast i have some of the force with me

what's going on that i relapse,hmm i well say it here. i go to work full time, school in evening, got lots of homework to do.I live with my grandma,we go half half on everything, shes my only family in this city, recently her leg was acting up an she couldn;t walk, she needed my assistance, i go back to work in a day, i pray she is feeling ok enough to leave her alone till i get home, a sick feeling in my stomach an worries flooding my mind , thus i binged, replace that feeling for a awhile with pmo dopamine, i just cant quit work i got bills an depts . i would cry if i could.I have one more day to see if she improves enough to relieve worry off my mind,,i dont have girlfriend or anthing, if i did keep thinking that would be great right now as she could stop by an check on her, girlfriend would be great as i would have someone to talk to an hug me an tell me its going to be ok

 

feelings/feelings that hurt us, worrie us, scare us, i beleive rush us to pmo.Therefore i well write these worrisome thoughts here as a method to focus an not relapse, i phoned my job where i busted my ass for 5 years ,they tend to be hard on me ,load tons of work on me but i get it down, 40 hours of that,i phone work few moments ago to request medical leave, time off, they were very understanding an gave me no problems, they gave me the week off an told me to call if i need more time off, also to call them if i need anything at all they well try help.this takes so much off my back, i can keep eye on grandma , help her an finish my home work, i only have class for an hour monday an tuesday,they are laying people off at no one is really hiring thats why i was so nervous about taking time off, anyways untill later siths, through the darkness we find blessings,
