Definitely getting on board with this! I'm a big Trekkie and have thought about starting a Star Trek challenge, but yours is far superior to anything I was coming up with!

Could even have extra ranks beyond 180 days, like the Kolinahr aspect, and maybe becoming a Q when you've reached 500 days!

Just a polite correction: You should be an Ensign at the moment, as you are at day 28. Unless your day counter is wrong of course.

Strong urges today. At the time of day I usually relapse, the urges set in, almost like my body is expecting it. Not this time.

Yeah it's getting annoying for me as well. I think I'm experiencing some sort of prickly heat at this point that wont go away until it cools down. I like summer but not when there's no respite.
