    Hello,
I’m a 27 year old male. I’ve been looking at porn and masturbating since I was 14. Although I am currently single, I don’t believe I can lead a healthy life and relationship if I keep my current habit. PMO has had various negative impacts on my life. I have wasted a lot of time and ignored other important aspects of my life (school, work, family, friends) when engaged in this habit. Lately, I find that I feel nothing but regret only seconds after that feeling of physical pleasure. Also, I find the fact that I am reacting to the whims of my bodily lust, without consideration of what I’m doing and the consequences, indicates that I have a problem and that I’m possibly an addict.
I have tried to stop several times, and I have had long periods of no PMO, but eventually I got right back to it and at a rate worse than before. My latest effort was last summer. I quit PMO for two months and I found that I led a much healthier lifestyle. I found I had a lot more time on my hands. I led a more active social life, I devoted more time to taking on a hobby and I became much more active. Unfortunately, I relapsed and was lured into PMO 8 weeks and 2 days after quitting.
With the support of this online community, I hope I can get rid of this nasty habit once and for all and go back to leading a healthier life. I decided to participate in the 90 day challenge and hopefully this will be the start to a PMO-less life.

One night I got tempted when I was alone. I stopped myself but I kept thinking about it the following couple of nights. Rather that cut off the means that may get me back to PMO (avoiding alone time, avoiding internet usage while I’m alone), I delved right back into it. Hopefully that won’t happen again.

Yes I hope too. I hope here we are going to make sure that we don't fall on that type of hole again.
