    Anybody have this problem, your buddy's are constantly sending you porn clips to your phone, while I used to like this, it was before I started nofap, I just looked at one but only for a second before I closed it, I hope this doesn't count as a relapse because I knew what kind of content it was before I did it, I'm not about get into nofap with them but I'm going to have to watch it

    I wouldn't see that as a relapse. Just tell your friend that you're quitting porn and that you want him to stop sending you clips.
