Day 7.
Did a good job managing urges yesterday. I was using the phone late at night thought which is very dangerous.
I like to watch a youtube show that is late, I will switch watching it to morning hours.
I will go running + exercising today to get some natural dopamine release and recalibrate my system to a healthy state.
I am a non user.
 
Day 10.
I was watching youtube today and I noticed some short videos with pretty girls.
Supposedly they were some funny videos / sketches. In reality they would link to p*** related content.
Luckily I was not exposed to any inappropriate material but came close.
My mind snapped out of the trap that was set for me and I escaped.
I need to be aware of this danger and avoid it now. I will find filters for such things and activate them.

Other than that it is Sunday today, again I will fill my day with positive activities and be healthy.

Good luck brother! these days I'm working on my mind. I'm watching my thoughts as third person view.
 
Having a hard time today.
Yesterday I had a terrible nights sleep because of hot weather and today I am not well.
I feel tired and unstable. I have headaches and have mood swings. I go from normal to sad in a loop.
The urges are attacking me but I am fighting back.
I am writing here for accountability and also to get some support.
I am a non user, I will win this battle today and be healthy.
