1 year and 7 months (from next week Thursday)

I still struggle sometimes to not peek. I feel lonely, frustrated and tired. Just tired. Tired of dating, tired of trying, tired of failing and not meeting someone I feel comfortable with and feel attracted to. I allow myself to MO but I don't use social media or let me even look at women in the bikini section of online stores. I noticed that if I fantasize about visiting a prostitute I get more aroused and feel more pleasure. But the (very very mild version) groggy / exhaustedness I feel afterwards is greater. Also I noticed that my tendency to relapse is greater: urges to go have a "peek" increases... so I am now considering to go celibate. Just don't put any energy / effort in sex and use it for more meaningful things.

So, day 6 of hard mode. Was way easier than I imagined and I generally feel better: I don't spend (waste) energy in thinking about or doing MO and / or feel a bit overwhelmed by the grogginess / light headaches post MO. I think over time I'll be able to focus and discipline myself even more and will be better able to deal with the difficulties in life like being lonely which I think for most people is one of the hardest pains we need to deal with these times.
