    if you keep failing with same strategy, try using new strategy and you'll see different results, all about keeping your mind occupied with productive things, if you see yourself thinking about women be aware and try to think about something else e.g every time you think about fapping pay attention to whats infront of your eyes like become immediately present to drag yourself outta your head.Lots of strategies you can use man going a few days isn't hard at all, trust me its easy just do it, just know it yourself dont even touch yourself down there anymore.

    Hi guys After 95 days and to have become a Super Saiyan 2 I relapsed without any effort. I just wanted to do it and I did it. I masturbated and saw porn. My goal was 90 days and I achieved but I don't feel that I have eradicated totally. Today I decide to be a little bit more strict and I'm going to extend the time for 120 days without porn, masturbation, and any other erotic content from social network, youtube, etc. I want to make stronger the relationship with my girlfriend and my aim is that all erotic situation that can excite my came from her. I'm going to do mindfulness.

    Unfortunately besides nofap I suck so much in real life, I can't stand it. Apparently this is what holds me back most: that I feel stuck and ashamed of my inaction. I won't go back to pmo, but to all those little rituals that are mostly harmless but alltogether most deadly for my happiness and dedication.
    But, damn!, I will get out of this! I will make a real change!

    Day 4! Getting back on track with good habits. Taking technology breaks in the morning and evening I think seems important. Also getting enough rest. It's really hard to resist urges to when you're tired. I also want to get back into an exercise regimen and do many other things but it takes a lot of willpower to do all the things at once. One thing at a time is how the masters do it. I burned out and felt depressed for awhile. But I'm still making progress in my meditation practice. I am doing at least an hour of meditation every day, as well as go to a few weekly meditation groups. I'll probably be able to get back into an exercise routine soon, right now I'm just going for walks and doing pushups.

    Over Christmas I have to be extra careful. Going to bed early with no use of devices after 9:30 pm will be the best! I'll keep an eye on urges and triggers and do prevention if necessary.

    I'll probably check in just one more time on Saturday (as an Elite Warrior most certainly).

    I really like your idea of shutting down the devices at 9:30pm. This will help keep urges away as well as help with sleep. I think I will try and do the same!
