    day 12 , I lost it. i was idle and suddenly I ended up masturbating. I do meditate and spend soo much time focusing on increasing my will power, but I don't know if my meditation is done in the right way or not. Moreover , if I start fapping one day , I get addicted to it and start doing it with PORN. PORN is very addictive and I need a lot of help right now on setting my track right.
     
  3. Check Day 0 again.
    This morning, i didn't do the training i was usual to do and when were in bathroom, i searched some non-hot stuff, but after that i saw a video and PMO again, since Thursday.
    So i'm again starting to look for a better life, and hope tomorrow will be different that today, i have to think about it and everything will change, don't have to search any kind of stories or it will be another PMO, again and again. This is what i learned, but however today my willpower was not by my side while i had my phone in one hand and something else in the other.
    I can do it!

    Hi , actually i'm using Youper to track emotions and to control them and for meditation .
    The simplest technique you can use is: 5 seconds inhale, 5 seconds hold, 5 seconds exhale (5-5-5), eyes closed, and if thoughts or emotions come while you meditate, just recognize them and stop them in the bud ( you can investigate them later)
    A winner fapstronaut posted this book, and it is helping me in focus.

    Haven't been giving it my all. Lately, day 0 doesn't give me anxiety or anything of the sorts. That's great as it means my efforts to improve myself work, but it's made me somewhat lenient. Need to try harder.

    Yesterday i wanted , at any cost view Sin city2 , really dangerous...
