I am currently on day 85, and from yesterday my real struggling time has started. Maybe because I broke my P-Subs(Porn-Substitutes) streak of 41days yesterday. It's getting really tough now. It feels like I may relapse in the next 10days. I don't know when this phase will end. Controlling myself from searching for P-Subs while using a laptop is really a big challenge for me. I have to give some practice tests online. So avoiding laptop is not an option. I don't have any problem with smartphones. I have only one thing to do and that is study. I can't go for a walk, or listen to music etc. otherwise nofap might be way easier for me. I now do workout once in three days unlike earlier when I used to do it daily. To save some time to study. And that's why meditation is also not an option and also I live with my family so there is no place to meditate. So if anyone who had overcame such situations then please give me some tips.
P.S. I take cold showers daily.

You don't need a particular place to meditate , a calm place is enough, your bedroom , a park...
