Day 0 again! Not giving up yet!

Day 2 Check. Also working on reducing time on my phone for entertainment on the internet, focusing more on exercising straight away when I wake up, instead of looking at the internet first thing in the morning, which I have been getting into the bad habit since the whole corona virus situation. So yeah this was more challenging than I thought, but I hope to keep it up.

Finished Samurai 7 on netflix, Got a new cast for my leg injury ( which comes off on the 24th ) a reset today, but overall its been going pretty fine.
Taking a break helps actually, just dont give up your fight.

 

68 days of healing and there is much more to go guys no stopping !!
