Do you wake up at your first alarm clock ring? I menan do you waje up when you first time feel awake in moring? Becaouse when they happen to me I was already awake and then I go back to sleep. And then is when I have worst dreams.

< TODAY I DIDN'T READ ATOMIC HABIT BOOK AS I DIDN'T MANAGED MY TIME
<TODAY I WASTED MY 1 HOUR SURFING INSTEAD OF STUDYING BUT I SURFED GOOD STUFFS ONLY EXCEPT FEW
<TODAY I REALISED I STOPPED WATHING NOFAP AND MOTIVATIONAL VIDEOS
<I DIDN'T MEDITATED TODAY ALSO AS I PROCRATINATED
IMPROVEMENTS OF THE DAY:-
<TODAY ALSO I IGNORED ALL THE TASKS WHICH GIVE HIGH AMOUNT OF DOPAMINE IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF TIME
<I ALSO LEARNED FROM MY MISTALE AND WATCHED NOFAP MOTIVATIONAL VIDEO
<I PRACTISED AND STARTED A NEW TECHNIQUE OF STUDYING BIOLOGY WHICH WILL HELP ME IN FUTURE

I've tried waking up at my alarm like I used to. It hasn't been easy for me anymore. I hear my alarm and I turn it off, but sadly I fall back to sleep instead of waking up.
I don't get bad dreams that easily though.
Try setting 3-4 alarms with a separation of 3-5 minutes, and keep your Alarm far enough so you can’t easily reach it.
Before going to sleep, DECIDE THAT YOU WILL WAKE UP AT The DAMN time.
And have you tried to kick ass in dreams? It’s really fun. This makes nightmares superhero stories!
