Day 15- Reached Elite Warrior!
Checking in on Day 5.
I’m so frustrated about my studies... I’ve not studied enough for the past 4 months and haven’t been serious at all. I know I have to study hard, I know I have an exam two days later, but still I am wasting time. This procrastination makes me feel bad afterwards.
I have to improve these aspects of my life. I’m trying to build up a sleeping routine and a habit of meditation. What I am lacking is mindfulness.
If this goes on, if I keep disappointing myself like this, I know it’s not possible to keep up a streak on NoFap. So I must take steps to bring discipline in my lifestyle.
Pray for me guys! Please feel free to give me suggestions about how I can increase mindfulness and focus on my goals.
Day2! I've figured out a nice self-talk strategy. Anytime I have thoughts that could lead to relapse I tell myself that it doesn't define me, and for some reason it goes away! I don't quite understand it but I'm just glad I've found a strategy to make this easier
