Day 28 check in. Getting close to the next level.
I'm trekking into unfamiliar territory. I don't believe I've made it this long since I was 11 years old.
I'm at a point where part of me is trying to convince my brain "oh hey, you've done so good. You can reward yourself." You have to move past that nonsense. This is the old way. But none of us are here right now for the old ways, are we?
I'm looking forward to finally getting to the level of Oozaru.

Even though I have relapsed, I'm never giving up.
Day 1. Second time in a row that I have not turned a relapse into a binge. Even though I was very underproductive yesterday, I still feel like I’ve turned a corner. I feel like I’m past the point of needing to PMO consecutively. Now I need to extend the periods I can tolerate not relapsing.

Ah darn. I didn't relapse, I got triggered and looked at P so it's only a reset. I almost shook the feeling so perhaps this experience is a step in the right direction, even failures can result in progress. Day 0
Day 4- I made a new schedule that makes me wake up at 4 am and it went really well in the morning, I had much more time in my day. The thing is I need to exercise at 3pm but my brain usually drags it at 7 pm because back then I didn’t have to attend school so I could exercise anytime, but now I want to follow my schedule. Besides that I just need to study for my Spanish and draw something and I’ll be good. My mini goal is still 7 days
Dude actually you don't have to reset if you just opened it for 3 seconds or 5 and closed it immediately.
