Been on a relapse bing where it feels like this;
But PMOing & the temptation is 2D women.
Will start again tomorrow as a day 0 before November.

Relapse. Typically these come with a lengthy introspection and this one is no exception. The better I understand perhaps the easier this will be. Day 0
Back to Day 0. I did it out of habit again and it’s late at night.

Day 5- it’s a Friday, and I failed to keep my routine in check, but I will get the hang of it. I can’t and won’t give up my friends. I need to push my limits beyond what I think I’m capable of.

I'm in with the No Nut November as well. I'm up for adding another 30 days to my streak fer sure.
We can do it, by the time I start this challenge I was already Super Saiyan - I look forward to progressing to the higher ranks.
I have made some mistakes today, by jeopardising my health by eating bad food. But I will correct my mistakes. This process of NoFap is so important to me.
