Last day was very tough but I resisted PMO.
Today I am proud for suffering through it and not giving in.

Day 6...Had urges but switched off my phone and got through rough time
Day 5 check in, though I've fell into my habit of watching YouTube for longer than I should where it caused me less time to have a proper breakfast outside from 2 fruit, peanut butter & 3 Huel Meal replacement shakes. I want to work in getting a better habit if exercising first & to add a cardio session after my exercise routine.
