Do you have what it takes to become a Super Saiyan?

    I get you brother, even I am on Day 0 now. As soon as I start feeling I'm going to relapse, I subconsciously intensify the feeling that I'll relapse, so the imaginary relapse becomes true. But eventually we figure out how to delay and snap out of the rough times. Cold showers help a lot though.

    Oh, so its called the "Snowball effect". That's actually one nasty phenomenon, that's how I relapse most of the time.
    Factors which add build the snowball :
    1) Dirty thoughts during night while sleeping.
    2) Waking up aroused [which I think is common].
    3) Some triggering advertisement on the TV.
    4) Cold weather.

    Well are there any steps to prevent these? I would appreciate some input if possible.

    With anime, there really is alot of things one can avoid, i have only watched a handfull but they dont contain lewd stuff like many can or fanservice of sorts, and im definatly picky with it. Videogames for me has gotten to be more of a thing i do when i feel like it and not everyday like before. I still love it ,but i focus on work and other stuff now.

    The time - table I have planned to follow :

    0600 - Wake up
    0600 - 0700 - Study
    0700 - 0730 - Read Newspaper
    0730 - 0810 - Household work
    0810 - 0840 - Shower and get ready for school
    0840 - 0900 - Breakfast
    0900 - 1300 - School
    1300 - 1430 - Homework
    1430 - 1500 - Cook or Rest [ Depends on the day ]
    1500 - 1520 - Lunch
    1520 - 1600 - Homework
    1600 - 1830 - Cycling / Outdoor games [Depends on the condition]
    1830 - 1850 - Cold Shower
    1850 - 1900 - NoFap update
    1900 - 2020 - Study
    2020 - 2050 - Cook
    2050 - 2105 - Dinner
    2105 - 2130 - Preparations for next day
    2130 - 2200 - Rest, Family Time
    2200 - Sleep

    • Meditate everyday
    • talk to my wife,
    • play with my kids,
    • play with my dogs,
    • sit outside,
    • run,
    • study (atmospheric studies, programming languages, mathematics),
    • read (mostly books about consciousness, spirituality, neuroscience, and general accounts of physical health),
    • sexual transmutation,
    • exercise,
    • mental redirection (probably just a form of meditation),
    • read journal entries and make journal entries,
    • comment on others journals
    • eat healthy (this is important as food either makes you feel shitty or it empowers you with energy)
    • drink plenty of water
    • drink tea, lessened amount of coffee I drink
    • listen to "traditional" music (specific to my ethnic background)

    Very good arsenal indeed :) ! From now on I'm adding one more 'Tip' To follow-It's to Pray to God at least twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening !!! I think it would benefit your practice too brother !

    1)Meditate-done
    2)Eat healthy-done
    3)Training/Workout-done
    4)Read and study rebooting-done
    5)Focus on your career-done and on your hobbies and dreams-done
    6)Take cold shower-done
    7)Sleep well-done
    8)Pray to god-done
    9)Stay accountable daily on following these 'tips', on relapse if it happened(including what thoughts and feelings led to it, what were the surrounding circumstances and what have you learned to never repeat it again)-done
    10)avoid alcohol,drugs and all sort of intoxicants
    To those brothers who keep wallowing in never ending relapses :
    You will never get out of this vicious cycle unless you accept and practice all of these 'tips' honestly and diligently everyday.

  15. Day 59 checking in.
    I liked all the posts about useful tips and behaviors yesterday.
    I'll put a schedule for meditation as well today and be more consistent and serious about it.
    It will definitely help me with not engaging with sexual thoughts and fantasy as well.

    Had nocturnal emission (after 62 days of being clean from them) through the night (went to bed at around 9:45 pm woke up right after it happened at 23:20 pm and just laid in bed rolling from one side to another until I fallen back to sleep at around 3 am ).:(
    Couldn't recall the dream right after it happened just some tiny fragments, keep thinking about if I could have done better.
    Reasons behind as I see it are :1)too big meal in the evening and/or incompatibility of desert (walnuts and honey) with the main meal(mashed potatoes,meat and salads). Later on (about 1.5 hour after meal) I felt some sort of light heaviness, rigidness in the stomach before I went to bed.
    2)Was ruminating about my evening conversation and behavior with my neighbor who just came back from holiday as well as about my last posts on the forum.

    A small poll for brotherhood :
    Do you think I should reset my counter in the challenge because of it?
