Day 37. Im having strong urges. My mind is divided between my weak self and what i can be.
I miss my ex, i am craving intimacy but im realising i first need to become intimate with myself.

had a hard workout, this help me a lot every day, i’m also doing a half day fasting (no launch, to lose kilos)

 

Has anyone else Seen KasumiKriss videos on Youtube? she is the biggest motivation for me and the main reason why i started Nofap in the first place.

Oh yah and starting the first day again here. Its currently Midnight here in Sweden and its work time also this Thursday and i might meet with a person i have a fancy for.

Mornings have been the hardest, or after work, but my mindset has been clearer this streak, still aiming high.

 

Day 7!! Besides feeling quite irritable due to 2 recent wet dreams, i'm grateful for this day and doing what needed to be done.

Day 17.... Had wet dream, wasn't feeling urges yet it happened. Now it's around once a week, which is good but it was around once in two weeks for some time but at starting it was twice or thrice a week so in long run it's a progress.

Will try to reduce it as much as possible.

 

And Day 1 begun 6 minutes ago. Here we go, work and picking up a book about martial arts after, feels good.
