My workouts are getting harder but i wait for that moment (i train once every 2 days), i think i’m on the right way to transform it into a habit!
Last days i started having sexual images on my mind again, they’re not too strong, i feel they don’t have the power to let me fall, but reading all your experiences, i need to stay focused every hour...
