Day 36 completed.
I finished listening to the Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking audiobook but adapted for P.
I'll give a small review of it when I have a bit more time.
Definitely worth it, it attacks a lot of the negative thoughts and misconceptions that lead us to P.
Day 1 Attempt 8, starting over but I certainly won't back down from this.

Day 16, closing in on 17 officially in a few hours. Finally an elite warrior. Still need that super saiyan 2 though.
Starting my 4-day mind cleanse today. Which is less than 4 hours total of screen time over four days. I fed the beast of lust too many times over the past couple weeks. Need to reorganize.
