About the easy peas method:
I would recommend this to everyone. This method helps you see and negate all the distorted beliefs and brainwashing that leads us to P.
We are not "quitting" porn, as that implies sacrifice. We are escaping a drug addiction.
None of us made the decision to be hooked on this forever when we started watching out of curiosity.
P is not relieving our stress or withdrawal pains, but CAUSES them. Non users are fine without it.
Also a lot of brainwashing makes us believe that P is ok and not watching is missing out.
And many more insights like these.
The end goal is that you'll recognize that there is no sacrifice but only gain in giving up P, at a very instinctive level.
If the beliefs and justifications for watching it are not there, it's much easier to stop.

Restarted my streak today as been going through a lot of pmo binging & outside from exercising, I haven't been feeling good in a lot of stuff, as been drinking mostly Huel drink instead of my regular vegetable & protein shake as my scheduling has been terrible, with the cause of it being YouTube and wanting to work on it, but lacking the will power to do it as well to do other things.
