    What a week, a mix of emotions throughout. I've faced anxiety and sadness this week, but i'm happy because I faced it without cowering behind something like PMO or excess internet/youtube binge. I know I've grown this past week. I've had quite a few improvements in my workouts as well.

    The most important thing in accepting your emotions is not actually thinking about them, letting them be. As a silent observer. Let's say you're anxious, if you spend your time thinking about anxious you are (bombarding your mind) you will drain yourself even more. Acceptance is key.

    Keep fighting on !

  10. Try meditation, combined with adaptogenic herbs that control stress and decrease anxiety levels. Whim hof breathing techniques can lower depression too. Also, congratulations for making it as far as you did.

    Thank you man! It definitely feels good, I remember in the past I would just ignore these feelings with either of the two.


    Thank you, I hope to continue this without relapse! Yes, meditation is the reason I faced it, you are right meditation is super key.

    I always worry that the whim hof breathing technique will trigger anxiety(irrational thought of course) I will give it a shot.

    I’ll look up adaptogenic herbs, haven’t heard of it before , thank you the advice and support!

  13. Hey guys,
    haven't posted lately and wanted to come back.
    I haven't been doing that great and I want to start posting again to reinforce my accountability.
    Things with my gf are a bit more quiet now but all the arguments and commotion of the past months have left me doubtful whether this relationship is a good idea.
    Processing my feelings hasn't been easy either and I still have a lot of work to do.
    But in any case I'll be stronger in the company of my fellow Sayains!
