Hey, That's been a big struggle for me too. But I found that wearing boxer briefs to sleep helps (they recommend red one's for some reason). I got a three pack of red bb's from walmart for 11$.
Also hold a bridge pose for 1min a coupe times a week. And then when you're having urges just gently engage your glutes and pelvic floor. You can also draw in your navel to spine and throat. But Just squeezing your butt it generally enough to reduce an erection and put a pause in it.
Also if the struggle is real kick your covers off. Being in the colder air will definitely help stop fantasizing till you can settle down and get back to sleep.

Day 10. Out today I got a feeling of euphoria, like everything is gonna be alright, and I also felt really strong. Like people could sense me just by looking in my direction or being near me. Semen retention is starting to take effect, however i will not get cocky, the main benefit is beating pmo forever and becoming stronger. Keep going brothers!!!
Thanks for the tips man. I'm def trying to build up the flexibility for bridges, as well as handstands. Calisthenics in general have really helped me
