    Don't let the poison weaken you. In technical terms this is called chaser effect which stays for mostly 7 days after PMO session. If you don't get caught in chaser u can easily get on a good streak and out of this trap.

    Ah I see, I thought chaser effect was which you would urges to binge more. I was thinking of giving 3 or more days for this to subside but I am here now. I still want to go further in my streak sooner. I will endure and let it subside as best I can. Thank you.

    Although we all wish sometimes we could get the streak up faster. All we can do is take it one day at a time

    If you took a time machine to the future and instantly had a 100 day streak would you be satisfied like that?

    I wouldn’t . Ultimately earning something is the only way to feel satisfied.

    24 hours never felt so long . I’m doing wim hof method to overcome my sensitivity to cool and warm temperatures. It’s 70 degrees in my room and I feel cold. Then I feel hot with a think blanket. ‍♂️ life’s hard and it’s not perfect

    so I’ll accept some imperfect solutions to my problems. Whatever it takes you know. Strangely the WHM messed with my skin sometimes and that’s not good cause I love my clear skin since accutane cleared it up. However a minor imperfection here and there is worth it to be able to sleep without nightmares

    yep when I use blankets and get too hot I get nightmares. Been having sketchy dreams four nights running now

    but it ends tonight! I’m going to do WHM and I hope it improves my temperature tolerance enough to sleep with just a sheet

    the only other option is to ask the landlady to turn it down to 68-69 and use a blanket. But even that makes me cold too

    so screw it im gonna hof and suffer the skin pain. I’ll try to relax some afterwards hopefully it helps my skin O-0

    at any rate I’m eligible for round two accutane in may if I must. Though it’s rough being on that stuff

    my gf is overseas. Miss her a lot. But this time is good for me to focus on myself and gently lay PMO in a coffin. Each day is another nail in that coffin. May there be infinite nails and no relapses in my future :) ♥️

    Of course, I understand. I even told myself I were to achieve the 100 day streaks with ease then I wouldn't be satisfied. Me wanting my streak is because of wanting my benefits back. Besides other reasons. Which the effects of it is real (benefits from man to man vary). Even if it is with ease, you still have to do every day. Earned not given. Choosing to not do the deed. Struggling with urges? Well there you go. That's the challenge every day/week. Keep on Saiyan.

    you have used simple words used to state a great truth! That is one definition of genius.
    All we have is today. There are two days in which we do nothing. One is yesterday and the other is tomorrow.

    My knowledge of Friedrich Nietzsche is a little rusty. But I believe he said that when one has his eye only on the destination; he is likely to stumble on the path! That was not what Nietzsche wrote verbatim. But, it captures the essence of what he meant.

    When I was a little guy my late mother told me to, "look after the cents and the dollars will look after themselves!" I only wish I'd heeded the good woman more. We all must concentrate on the here and now. Long streaks are great and boost one's confidence. But success can be a dangerous opportunity! Humility is our best shield against relapse.

    Thanks Saiyan :) I miss the benefits too. A clean month or more of full semen retention is such a blessing. It fills me with so much energy and positivity. I feel a huge resilience and determination to achieve more

    my emotions are more powerful and I care deeply about my life and others.

    it’s a far cry from the dead apathy I feel during PMO. And the small flicker of light in the darkness when I’m in the early days of a streak like now

    77 Days Free of PMO.

    Better sleep quality last night, I am finding myself more capable of sorting through onset stress. At work, I take my time to analyze case by case as its brought to my attention. I'm still working on improving this, but its so much better than it use to be.

    The plan for today is the usual one, meditation, exposure, workout , work and reading.

    I keep forgetting to check in, I'm really sorry.

    The wifi connection came back. I got a new back brace for my lower back which is still in pain. I'll finally be able to work on my videos that I had filmed when I was in Universal Studios in Orlando and put them on YouTube.

    Oh, and my birthday is coming in three days

    189 days later.. I'm back.

    Just relapsed today.

    I did one 42 day streak, a few 20+ and lots of weekly pmo's.

    The environment has changed however. Got my own apartment.

    I'm still mostly doing pmo because I'm bored. Mostly on sundays. I'm busy to change that. Not sure how, yet.

    The main reason I came back to nofap is because of the great people out here (you) and the need of writing things down in my journal.

    And I was thinking about this group/forum because I watch the first series of Dragon Ball (when goku was a kid) again lol.

    Please give advice on this:

    I don't have a problem maintaining no PMO, however, I'm not as good at sex without masturbating regularly. I'm trying to find another way to have sex adequately without M but no luck so far really. My research just told me to try using condoms which maybe can work :\

    I don't know what to do. Right now it feels like I can either do no PMO and have crappy sex with life being good everywhere else

    Or I can do M and have good sex but a crappy life everywhere else -_-

    I dunno what to do :(

    Why do you have bad sex without M? Is it because you don't get it up? Or is it something else?

    If you can't get an erection maybe you are still a bit high of the porn you watched (if you watch porn?) when having sex.

    Do you have bad sex after 90 days of NO PMO (full reboot)? Try that first if you ask me.

    I think masturbating somehow desensitizes my penis especially the head and this leads to being comfortable having sex at a faster pace as I'm more used to it physically. I'm trying to desensitize it in other ways. yea I dunno I guess yoga helps but it's kinda crappy to deal with as my partner is always wanting me to do it faster and I can't do that without coming unless I've been doing a lot of yoga like that day.

    It's a lot of pressure. She tries her best to be nice about it but she basically seems like she doesn't feel much of anything unless we're doing it really hard and fast. Women are actually more often stating they prefer fast sex than men *fact. blegh. Honestly when it's at it's best we do it a little faster and that's good and she's happy.

    At it's worst I Orgasm and have a chaser effect resulting in relapse. In the middle is we do it slower when I'm more sensitive and om she's kinda like,,,,,'Are we gonna do it faster ever?'

    My prevention plan is to only allow for sex every other day. Otherwise I lose willpower and just O after the second or third day in a row. Also to sleep at home everynight. Otherwise I just get crap sleep and am way more tempted to have sex 2+ days in a row .

    Also I heard antidepressants like bupropion and SSRI's can help with Premature ejaculation. So hopefully those will help my orgasm control and increase my ability to go faster. Also maybe TMI but I try to roll my foreskin back so the head can become more desensitized from rubbing on my clothing .

    phew ok.

    cool I got to day 2

    I had an urge earlier today. And almost relapsed. Thinking I could try to do M in some different way than before but. I immediately felt that intense craving to get to the M ASAP that I'm all too familiar with by now. So I just went and took a walk. Hard to M when your in public and there's no bathrooms hehe :)

    I did some Surya Namaskar yoga because I was too tired to do Bikram Yoga. That's good with me. Feels good to yoga. My gf comes back Sunday from overseas. We're going to hangout at her parents house a bit and just cuddle. Nothing below the chin :) haha

    Then I'll plan to do a 1.5 hour Bikram flow on Monday morning. Go to her place and we'll have sex. Hangout at her place all day and just relax together. May I not O that day >_<

    I'm usually good at no O when we do it so long as I don't do it with her two days in a row or sleepover. Otherwise it gets kinda out of hand heh. I don't think I've done more than a few days in a row without O with her.

    She doesn't really know what's going on with me that well. She just knows I don't like to PMO and supports that. I got that out the way pretty early on in dating.

    I think I got this and I'll get it done.

    Sex is a mix of anxiety and pleasure for the Fapstronaut. Anxiety about trying to not Orgasm. Pleasure becasue it feels good. Ultimately we can all hope to have more pleasure and less anxiety in the matter. But it always goes up and down. It's a big challenge to make sure every sex session is perfect heh.

    I think the real aim for me is . Try not to O during sex and keep it to bidaily. If I do O go post on nofap about it and just try to do things to distract myself from urges so I don't end up relapsing due to chaser effect. Which someone said can last up to a week
