    Another busy day, My weekend is full of work:(

    Yesterday I clicked a link to Reddit (don't normally use it) ans came across a triggering title.
    I got caught by surprise and clicked out of curiosity. Luckily I didn't get exposed to anything bad, got my senses together quickly and closed it.
    Just goes to show you cannot let your guard down, it might be very costly. Lesson learned.

    Lately I don't have the best sleep either and my mind brings up sexual fantasies with some girls I'm interested in.
    It's annoying and tiring to deal with that. I'll start a meditation practice as a first wave of defense to deal with these problems.

    Today I'm clean. Worked out lower body and did cardio at the gym. When I had urges in the evening, I binged Youtube. Didn't meditate or work on my grind

    Back from a week of snowboarding in Austria, was really great to be physically active for days on end and had some time to let my mind rest / calm down. Did go through a bit of a rollercoaster regarding sleep and happiness. I ended dating the girl I was dating for 3 dates because I felt we were too different on some aspects and she also had let me know not wanting to continue dating. Next day was so frustrated sad that I had to cry while we were eating in a restaurant during our lunchbreak. That kind of scared / surprized me and made me realize how frustrated and probably a bit depressed I am about not being able to find a partner. Something to work on and be aware of not letting these emotions to push me back into the porn / searching for escorts trap. Surprizingly enough I have not MO'ed for over 10 days and felt litterally zero urges the past few days to do it. I guess the physical activities, no stress from work and the fun social contact I had with my cousin removed all triggers and needs for a sexual dopamine release. Something to think about, since I notice that usually when I want to just masturbare, it's always during / after me having stress from something in my daily life combined with being / feeling alone / lonely.

    Oh this video of the Buddhist Society of Western Australia really really resonated with me and is helping me dealing with my (negative) emotions:

    Strongly recommend to watch and study this when you feel your negative emotions is sometimes getting the best of you.

    Keep fighting this good fight gentlemen, not only for yourself but also for everyone around you! Become a stronger person and an example for your loved ones

    I am also 172cm and yes I feel what you're saying here very much. And I live in the country with the tallest people on average (Netherlands). So I do three things:

    1. Don't read those messages and never talk about it to others (especially women). If they do, just make a joke out of it. One good tactic is just to bring the (hateful) joke from someone and bring it to the rediculous: Her: "You're short!". Me: "Yeah I know, last week they didn't let me go out a gardening store because they thought I was part of the gardening ornaments"

    2. Work / improve yourself on all other aspects you can improve: go to the gym / be active in sports, study about nutrition and health and apply it in your life. Work hard on your education and carreer. Read books and study things about life and other subjects you find interesting and become good at it. Learn how to dance or play an instrument, learn a new language. Try to do things you enjoy doing to help others / your environment: I voluntarily walk the dog of my 70+ year old neighbor and I teach strength classes in my local gym for free, etc. You can become so much more interesting than any above 6' guys by using this energy as a motivator to excell in life in all other aspects. Now get yourself to work and stop directing your energy to feel sorry about yourself. Dust off, reload and work on yourself. Nobody will fix your problems for you, only you can!!

    3. Most importantly: try to accept that you cannot change your height and focus your attention on what you can influence (see point 2).

    I had a lot of studying yesterday and tried to push through without rest.
    That was a mistake. My productivity was low and I faced urges. I did overcome them but it was not pleasant.
    Lesson to learn here: when your body demands rest give it to it. You will be better off for it.

    Difficult day, I feel like i'm on the brink of catching a cold and I don't feel the best. Have done all the remedies to stop it where it's at. Did manage to be productive at work and also do some exposure today.

    Lots of urges, but they felt very shallow, it is like my instincts are learning porn isn’t the right way to cope with difficult to manage emotions.

    Of course, real urges will come and they will be tough, but if i just do the right thing...
