day 5, so far so good
Almost Day 3, my Calves and Abs feel like they've been murdered! I'm going to do a lot of Russian Twists and Squats.
Today i had too much stress, just too much. First half of day i worked hard to solve a problem and after lunch i just make some research about a dream i had(which helped me to realize what i'm doing in this period and what i feel, rly nice) and after a while with family, i really get stressed, tried to hide but it's impossible. After dinner i play FINAL FANTASY X to take a break, didn't read any book or drink any tea but even play games can't relax me now, so sad, i enjoy to play as i develop. But after that, i opened some "porn" and masturbate a little bit, had 2 precums and 2 orgasm at the end. I feel less stressed, but still want to continue to try not PMO again. It's been a while i don't want to leave this any more. But now all days in house with Coronavirus, it will be hard, can't even go out for a run ;(, just train in room.
So yeah, here i am again with another relapse after too much stress from today.
Day 3, I have been training my upper body for too long, so I switched to doing 1000 Jumping Calf Raises and 500 Sitting Crunches. I feel sore, but my thighs aren't dead, yet, so I'm going to finish doing my 80 Squats since I've done only 20 of them.
