    There is no need to release 'pressure', sperm just gets disaggregated if left unused without any problems.

    Anyway, just watched the TED talk 'the great porn experiment', it really motivates me. Of note, NoFap had 7.000 members when this talk was held.

    Thanks for your support buddie , sorry i expressed myself badly .
    For congestion i meant testicular veins congestion due to sperm retention , very common .
    Called by fapstronauts ''blue balls'' , when i 've this condition i've heaviness and pain . It's difficoult to focus , work or eaven walk .
    I'm searching for tips in the internet or by users but seems there's not easy releave.
    I'll do a andrologic check up after the quarantine to exclude it is varicocele. Let's hope for the best
