I didn't think I would post in the 'Success Stories' section anytime soon, but here we are!
My previous streak was 21 days, then I relapsed and binged by PMOing once and MOing twice in just one day. Now it's 20 days and with my techniques that I already used, and my new humming meditation sessions, PMO is becoming past now.

I feel like breaking the nofap journey into separate sections of benefits doesn't do it justice, that's why I don't know how I will ever post about the benefits I got. Its benefits are on so many different levels that specifying some of them may disregard the others. For example, I've learnt on my previous streak to love the journey itself, its withdrawals and the virtues required to keep on the journey. This is a big benefit of nofap, that just being on the journey is powerful. Let me remind you that sexual desire is one of the most potent, if not the most potent forms of desire and slavery there is. With pornography/ sensual imagery infecting the internet, with having masturbated TOO much (too much for me includes MO'ing once a week), and having our smaller passions rule over us too as a result, you fapstronauts are on your way to a high state of being that so many of us lost and forgot about a long time ago and continue to move further away from it.
I'll just mention that I can truly call myself confident now, and it's improving with every step I seem to make, no matter how graceful or ungraceful it is. Motivation is high too, as is energy (I had 5 hours of sleep yesterday but I seemed to have so much energy to channel that I didn't feel tired even until I went to bed). Thought processing, wit, pronounciation, are great. I can flirt easily if I set my mind to it, or talk without being awkward. The other day I had a deep conversation with a girl who is just someone who I greet from time to time, even with the "this is awkward/ I'm being a burden here" pattern of thinking occuring in my head, I naturally just kept on sharing my thoughts. I always think that having the ability to detach from thoughts (especially the ones that are worthless and destructive) is more important than being detached from them. Because like the virtues you gain on your nofap+meditation+exercise+ going out of your comfort zone experiences journey, you carry it with you to respond gracefully to the evils/ suffering you are exposed to (whether by others or more commonly, by yourself).

English isn't my primary language, but I hope you understood what I said, and got the same inspiration that I always get when reading posts like these about the greatness of nofap.

NoFap turns a very powerful negative into a very powerful positive. There is a wonderful opportunity now that has not been available in a long time. In the last few centuries there have been all sorts of problems with anger and desire all through the industrial age. A community like this is such a sacred opportunity to turn this around. KeenEye explains how to do this. :)

Indeed, nofap has proven to be the turning point in people's lives again and again. You can't just simply quit PMO habit and live your life the way you previously did. To tame your deepest desires, you require virtue and quality. Happiness will come naturally to someone who is serene in a storm, and as civilization progresses further, as people's slavery to porn, lust, fear, and doubt becomes more permanent, the storm gets more chaotic, but for many fapstronauts, that means all the more glory.
