Greetings to my fellow spartans, I'm here to share with you the techniques I used to overcome my PMO addiction.

To start just let me say I was a victim of PMO since the fourth grade (still regretting it 'till today) I wished it was much later in life, but my father's magazines and DVD's due to his lust ended up with me finding it.

For years I didn't know it was wrong to PMO I always felt guilt towards it but that was it, I was never guided to the right path by anyone because I always kept it a secret, until I moved to a Christian school at eight grade where they asked us if we struggled with it, and I did, after finding out it was wrong and hearing testimonies and consecuences I began to fight back.

Note: It was extremely hard for me due to how early I became an addict of it.

This addiction took me years to recover the relapse was constant and the fight was hard, but now I found the techniques that helped me through it and I will share this with all of you who are facing the same challenges like I did.


1. Breathing
Sit upright and breath through the nose into the lower abdomen with your pelvic muscle clenched (the muscle used to hold the pee in between the anus and the testicles) (do this while expanding the lower belly and the oxygen will fill first your lungs with the oxygen needed, then to the lower abdomen) hold it, then exhale at your limit while slowly resting the pelvic muscle. What this does is you breath in energy around you send it to the lower abdomen and send it back up to your brain when exhaling. What this does is it clenses your brain and your sexual desire by washing it with new energy. This will help you when you feel the urges and struggle to send them away.

2. Cold showers
This is the best way to cool your body from the release your body is seeking. Note two things, your body heats up like a fire when the sexual energy spreads through your body, we cool it down with external water. Second the PMO is slways done when one is in it's comfort zone, and the body heats up while in it, so it is important to get away from it and wash yourself with a long cold shower.
Notes for the cold shower:

The cold shower has it's technique too, and here's the way:
(Note: Cold showers are not for everyone, people with high blood preasures or poor heart conditions should not be doing this, instead I recomend to just put your legs into the cold water to cool off instead of the whole body.)

To start daily cold showering you will not have the conditions as a beginner, so the best way is to take a warm shower first, when the body temperature heats up to the warmth set by the water then change it to cold only, remember to stay in it for a good amount of time 'till your body feels cool. After it dry yourself and rembember to wear long sleeves to not catch a cold.

For intermediates I recomend exercising before the cold shower, which is also step 3 of my techniques, exercising enough to reach a high body temperature then taking the cold shower doubles the reduction of body heat.

3. Exercising
The best mentality to have while exercising is thinking the fact "my sexual energy is being converted to muscles right now". When it comes to exercising I recomend anything that will get one to use up all the excess energy one has in it's body, from jogging to squatting and calistenics anything that will help deplete the energy in you, I personally do squats and push ups in my bathroom floor befor hitting my daily cold shower.

4. Eating
The food we ingest becomes the nutrients and energy we use, but there are many that elevates our sexual desires and i'd rather prevent eating these at least before being able to control the desire, and these are the following:

a. Allium Tuberosum ,Onions, garlic, asafoetida, echalote and all related to these vegetables. The reason is because each one of these vegetables heat up an organ in our body which extends towards the others making it hard to extinguish.

b. Alcoholic drinks, the alcohol heats up the body and uncontrols the brain.

c. Spicy foods, heats up the body in general boosting the desire for PMO.

5. Connecting with the nature
One of the best way to clear the head and use up energy is going out for a walk in the park or anywhere far from where the PMO happens, I recomend places with lots of trees because they suck away all the energy you emit and create more for you to breath in.

6. Reading
Reading is the best way to reshape and heal your brain with new content, it also helps the brain to shift it's focus and calm it. I now read an hour everyday to keep my brain away from temptations for an hour.

7. Scheduling your daily routine
This is important especially for me, due to my long years of PMO I ended up revolving my life around it, I would cancel plans and activities just for it, and later regret it. My technique for this is start with the most basic one, sleeping and eating, if you want to start putting your life back on track I recommend you sleep the same hour wake up the same, eat at the same time all three meals and your body will heal with it.

8. Getting away from temptations
Nowdays the easiest way to fall under PMO is through the easy accesible content online from our devices, I recomend setting limits from it, remember the devices used to be for work and now it's mostly used for entertainment and comfort, I recomend setting the laptops and computers far from the bed room, buying a desk clock with alarm instead of a phone, putting the phone as far from bed as posible including tablets, I purposely put my charger in other rooms to have no choice but to leave my phone with it before sleeping, eliminating all sources of temptation, in my case all social medias and games.

9. Socializing
When we socialize we get to be with people with the same or higher frequencies than us, helping us elevate our visions and remember that there is more to life than our selfish lustful desires, but remember also to get away from friends who have lustful language, thoughts and actions with them, for they will misguide you from life.

10. Praying
Last and the most important one, praying, it is the most powerful way for us to get away from PMO for the power of the Lord is greater than the ones misguiding us, prayer for help will help you be protected from those who want to harm you and give you the power and strengh to fight it.
