    Its been a hard journey men. But with patience and ninja mind control, and above all, God's help, I'm reachin' 90 days of NoFAP.

    I've had two nocturnal releases in this period. I stayed away from FAP shit.

    Make sure you keep checking in here so you don't slip. That's why I'm here. To remind myself why I started this.

    My next goal will to complete a year. That is the prize men.

    A key: stay away from screens as much as possible. Even small ones like the one in your carpenter jeans side pocket. Meet people. Talk to 'em. Attend gatherings. Keep it real.

    If you must use screens, be a regular at NoFap.org.
