The Universe consistent thinking..

Hello everyone and no I am neither a scientist or math wiz at the least. But this is a problem I have been having for the ending of my 20’s and it’s about the Universe. Which I believe is anxiety and and porn induced to make my mind think these abstract thoughts. Maybe because I over think or masturbation has become an anxiety and panic result to this situation.


But every night or morning I’ll go threw the same thought process. I’ll think about the Universe… I come up with my own theories where I try to understand there is a after life which is why I think these thoughts. I used to enjoy life and think nothing of it but I’m honestly thinking non stop.


Some how I feel there is Light Matter in the background surrounding all this darkness and voids. Or does it stop into an infinite void? I just learned about the Beootes void recently, gave me anxiety. I’m not entirely sure though, my mind is against the Big Bang and some others..

This has been constant thinking and I am spiritual since I’ve had experiences, but my minds not so sure now.

I’d really like to ask the Nofap forum thoughts on this topic. It is troubling me from sleeping and when I fap I shake from the thoughts of nothing. I feel as if my mind has choose this catastraphizing thought process. I just remember being free of it, when I was free.
