The urge to fap is strong.

You could try go outside for a walk , listen to some music that is not giving you sexual vibes.

Some do pushups when they have urges. Read success stories on nofap forum. Make a list why you are doing this and why you should not fall back to the habits.

Shut off the computer when you feel the urges you have many options. Relapsing will only make you restart the counter for days and make you feel worse.

I think "This is all in my head" because it is, literally. You wont die if you dont fap. I think of how shitty I feel afterwards. I think of the future, all the things I wish to accomplish, and after a while it goes away.

No matter how strong the urge, it always goes away.

 

There is always the choise to act on the urge or to not act on it.

I agree that 'all things pass' naturally, even the urge.

But remember, if you do slip don't beat yourself up. You can always start again. The rollercoaster of feelings and emotions associated with fap are the real enemy not your core identity.

I'm about to relapse, has been hard today only because I saw a amazing woman in my street, to make the situation even worse she was looking at me and I'm sure that's woman was checking me out. I should be happy for that but I'm in nofap.
