Day 1. Again, no "M," but actively searching for "P" repeatedly and then closing the tab. This always seems to happen when I'm having a frustrating day and have a task to accomplish that I'm trying to avoid. I'm really grateful for this forum. The accountability is invaluable. It's been over 60 days since I've had a full-blown "PM" episode, but my goal is to completely abstain even from the behavior I exhibited this weekend. I'm trying to develop healthier ways to deal with frustration. Thank you all for your support.
