I am here to make a statement and I will not give up , I know what I want , I know it makes me sad that's why I am not doing it .

Tip : If you have PMO recently then the time you feel guilty , write up that on your body somewhere and keep tracing it everyday , after you shower or anything like that , because it will make you feel how you felt after doing PMO .
You could write something like " Don't do it mate , it feels miserable" this is what I have written and it makes me talk to my past when I PMO , and it makes me feel not doing it .

Hello fellow vikings.

My goal is to leave this addiction behind once and for all.

I'm 31 years old, I've been a heavy user for a decade and I've been trying to quit for more than three years. I come to the Forums in order to get some accountability with warriors who are putting up the very same fight. I think accountability is a keystone I was lacking, so it's time to get back on track and check if I'm right about this.

Currently I'm stuck in a damaging cycle of binge-relapse and it is high time to break it forever; and I'm confident I'll be able to do it with your support.

It is an honor to be here, surrounded by warriors.
