Not to discourage you brother. But from my experience, trying to make all these changes all at once will in 99.99 % of cases not work. Nobody has that much willpower to spring so many changes on their brains all at once. Brains cannot handle all these changes at once. I would from my experience say pick just 1 in that list or 2 and get to at least 90-100 days in them before you add the others.

My primary goal is to quit P. But also to quit M, because I do it almost compulsively and in excess, so it's another addiction for me. Besides, it always leads to P for me, no exceptions. So that's the primary focus.
I do want to limit online entertainment soon, when I am ready; I watch too much Youtube. And I quit Instagram, Facebook, Reddit and other social media websites already, simply cause they were triggers that were full of psubs.
