Checking in with the Vikings.
I will soon reclaim my title. I realized I should take this journey one day at a time.

I feel little embarrassed right now but from no PMO I just followed no MO.
The thing happened is I usually ask my girlfriend for some maths stuff....she’s good at math, but yesterday I don’t know from where she got an idea of pranking me she sent me a shortened url of the website....saying it was a textbook...I opened it and shit went down...I couldn’t resist further. I can’t straightly blame her, little did she knew about the challenge. Later talked upon it and sorted out things.
I have found some major flaws in me that needs to patch up.
I’ll be back at my 39 day record and will break it again.

It will manipulate my thoughts....so I wanna get rid of every virtual stuff.

So I have a 19 yr old girlfriend,so I'm on nofap. Can we have actual sex?? I'm getting to the point where I definitely see adult content as a mojo killer. I'm seeing that avoiding alcohol is helpful too. Had a relapse in the shower the other morning but I just got back up on the saddle and have been pmo free. Was reading the other day how fighters go weeks on end without sex or pmo to prepare for a fight. Me thinks that excessive except for the part that most of use consumed excessive pmo so this is the nullification method that must take hold aka ryu and Ken throwing hadoukens at each other in Street Fighter II. Thought I would bring another song to help keep moral high.....

 

The best choice, in my opinion(of course arguable )it is better to have relapses on M than on P.
So I respect this decision. you're strong you will definetely come back.

I’ve joined the forum since the day the pandemic started.It’s been like long distance. So agreeing upon sex isn’t the part here.
I am on full noPmo till the end of pandemic(In case we if meet anytime sooner not gonna be having sex). And I am gonna be noPM after this.
