  1. I am in my friend. Day 1 in few minutes.
    -Goals:
    -Meditation: I practited it, but never got serious. Will definetely get good at it.
    -Work: I finished my academics. Time for work, will have the success I hadn't in university.
    -Anxiety: I suffer of social anxiety. It improved a bit. Will kill it this time.
    -Sports: They say that the mindset is about everything in your life. So I will be the best also in my football team.
    Introduction.
    24 years old(25 in November), from Italy. Social anxiety, problem with university and of course with girls.
    I sucked at everything. So I decided that I will be the king in everything from now on ;)

    Introduction:
    28 year old male form germany.
    Currently I am finishing my study and struggling with my thesis.
    Some years ago I started to escape from my problems in real life into porn addiction.
    I do noPMO to get back on track in my life and to become a better person.

    Even though I have a lot of benefits today, there was one problem... URGES, tones and tones of urges but I remembered one quote which brought me back to reality and made me think about why I started nofap and joined this community in the first place. The quote is “Winners never quit, and quitters never win.” which was said by Vince Lombardi.:)

    I overslept for three hours this morning.
    But then I got up and pushed it to the limit.

    I finished my morning routine very fast and then I started working very concentrated until now.
    There were only short brakes for running and eating.
    Finally I could reward me with the last minutes of champions league.

    I just added my internet rules here, I already follow them for some time.
    I have a huge problem with binging in the internet, it is similar and connected to my porn addiction.
    The effect of it is not as harmfull as porn, but I found out, that it affects me with similar symptoms as PMO.
    My Rules are, that I note everything on a sheet before I start my browser or phone and I allways start a timer.
    I am also only allowed to do what is neccessary or what I noted on my schedule the day before.
    Essential apps like Music and Whatsapp is free, I controll this by putting my phone away while working.

    Worked on my skills, and trained in sports.
    Not the level I want to reach, but I am on my way

    Not trained.
    But worked and prepared my CV.
    Real job hunting has started.

    Day 2 checking in. Feeling strong so far. I got a new porn filter that's up and running, there's a couple ways around it but they're never 100%. Its so much harder when there's no barrier, even its its workaroundable but takes some effort to do so. Been consistent with my Wim Hof training, 3 breathing sets a day, and ice bath in the afternoon. Wen't for a sick run earlier, gonna work on some boxing form later. I'm going for that 90 days this time, getting that high king status! We've got this boy's!

    Sounds good bro. I am using a blocker too. I use cold turkey. I blocked the whole internet and I can only acces internet with a code in my mailbox.
    I was quite good in hacking my blockers, but on cold turkey I did not succeed xD
    I am excited to hear how the wim hof breathing will help you on long term.
    You will make it this time!!!

    I'm using covenant eyes atm man. I'm also pretty good at hacking them lol, but yesterday i put it to the test and it was better than i expected. Been Wim Hoffing for a couple months now, its without hyperbole life changing and i would recommend to everyone, especially on this journey! Since i started i'm way less stressed in general, i'm getting much more done, i have more mental focus and energy, my cardio is going through the roof, i recover quickly...its dope stuff!

    I was idle between appointmenst in the morning and noon.
    In the evening I worked good.
    Have to fix the idleness between appointsments and the delayed start of working.

    watched some news for short time, but no binging.

    I think today could have been my worst day yet, I almost fell in the trap of relapsing... it all begin when I got a notification on Instagram about a girl who was on Instagram live, so I joined to see what was going on then I saw her twerking... I really wanted to stop looking but I was glued to my screen for about 10 minutes until I came to my senses and closed the app, after I took matters into my own hands and decided to block her immediately and delete Instagram.. now I’m contemplating whether to start again or continue my journey.. (keep in mind I didn’t touch myself in anyway, I just stared.):emoji_sweat:

    Good call on deleting Instagram dude, you can always rejoin when you have more control under your belt but for now we gotta stay away from stimulus as much as possible. You don't need to restart i don't think but i'm not sure, you stared for a while but no touching, and i imagine it was all fully clothed....suppose its not for me to say. Either way you did the right thing eventually bro, keep your head up, we got this!

    Gym and learning.
    I am gaining the momentum again. Commiting again.

    The day was perfect.
    Was out withColleagues this night and used any second for work before.
    I just came home and started my evening routine immediately after answering Whatsapp in a focused block.
    But I am under pressure. Tomorrow have to be likewise.

    By the way I reached day 23. It's unbelivable. Not any second edging and I feel perfect. I never before made ist so far in such a clean way.
    I will become Viking Warrior.
    Vikings would never stop fighting.
    They are unstoppable.
    We will be like them :emoji_left_facing_fist::emoji_left_facing_fist::emoji_left_facing_fist::emoji_crossed_swords::emoji_fire::emoji_angry:

    Improvements:
    • Meditation
    • Being more social with family members
    After what happened yesterday I was thinking whether to reset my counter or not (I’m still being decisive).. but I noticed something today.. I had no urges at all.. I don’t know where this is normal or not but I’m not sure if I’ve been set back a lot :(. If anyone could explain this phenomenon it would be great, thanks ;)
