Checking in Day 16. I just had a situation involving a sick relative and was feeling a little bit upset. However, I decided to go for a walk and now I feel a little better.

I fell for it . Just couldn’t handle the temptation coz of a short glimpse.
I am restarting again.
This time I will train myself some other way with guidance of some elderly(for my mind and emotions)
