This challenge is turning out to be very successful, I look in the mirror and I think DAMN I am looking way better and healthier.
yeah that's right, my hands are wider, my arms are bigger, my chest too, my legs are turning good, this challenge is so good, and everyday we're more, Stay Hard Brothers!!! Amazing challenge!!!
I had to take a 2-day break. My shoulders are not used to the load I was putting on them with push-ups. My left shoulder became sore. I cranked out just 20 pushups. Also, did weighted squats with a barbell with 35kg. My legs are dead. I was told that it is lightweight...haha! I want to start abbs tomorrow. Pushups-640/1000 Squats-660/1000
S - 1.2k/10k P 1.9k/10k Yo anyone got tips on how to increase endurance? Tryna be able to do 100 pushups in a row without any rest
it's in the word, keep going past your current limit till failure, endure it till you can't anymore, the ceiling will rise, add more weight, do more reps do them faster or way slower. also do this then do pushups
