And that each week to do one more. Also, try different ways to do pushups like deep pushups or pushups with weights on you. It strengths your muscles and on this way I could do more regular pushups than before - before I could do max. 20 reps of pushups, since I've added variations I was able to do more than 30 in a row (have to check out how much I can do now).
