    1x20 close squats
    1x20 explosing squat jumps
    1x20 staggered stance squats
    1x20 toe squat
    1x20 In and out squat jumps
    1x20 calf raise squats
    1x20 squat rocks
    1x20 pulse squats
    1x20 sumo-squats

    so:
    814 / 1000 pushups
    520 / 1000 squats

    You can increase it by doing pushups as much as you can in a row, then try to do one more pushup. And that each week to do one more. Also, try different ways to do pushups like deep pushups or pushups with weights on you. It strengths your muscles and on this way I could do more regular pushups than before - before I could do max. 20 reps of pushups, since I've added variations I was able to do more than 30 in a row (have to check out how much I can do now).

    IM BACK BROTHERS
    relapsed twice in a week, one day apart from another, had my laptop corrupt and soft bricked, and quit my job
    Not worried about the relapses cos I'd be denying the amount of progress I've made and can feel the past 3 months, my laptop is fixed now and ready to look for a new job :emoji_muscle::emoji_muscle::emoji_muscle::emoji_muscle:

    3x20 lunge steps-ups + 3x20 squats = 120
    3x20 lunges + 3x20 reverse lunges = 120
    4x10 squats with weights + 4x10 lunges with weights + 4x10 side lunges with weights = 120

    total: 360

    912 / 1000 pushups
    1060 / 1000 squats (DONE)

    Tomorrow pushups will be next :D
