Theoretically question: Would I get PIED if I hadn’t stopped PMO?

    Hi, I remember before ~1 year that I wanted to PMO and I had no access to internet.
    So I tried it without P, only with my fantasy and I couldn’t get it up. Some month after this experience I started with NoFap.
    Did NoFap safed me from PIED? Is this a initial symptom?

    i think so. I fapped one day and it started my flatline the next day. Prior to that, I was hugely into masturbation and porn.
