This is a reddit post I read, and it is the most inspirational text, almost a poem, since a long time.
It's a must read, while calmly reflecting upon what you truly want in your life. Peace.

There will be days when you're ravaged by loneliness

Mornings when you wish you had a partner beside you to wake up to. Afternoons when you want someone to go on a walk/workout with. Dusk. When you imagine a woman or soulmate to kiss, hug, and talk to about the philosophy and inequities of life with. And the late evening...when your body and mind craves a wet, comforting place for you to deposit the weeks, if not months, worth of testosterone that you feel coursing through your veins as pure and devastatingly powerful electricity.

All of these wants, needs and desires for human intimacy are warranted; and will be heightened by Nofap. But eventually, Nofap will be a catalyst in your quest of becoming the best version of yourself, and learning to enjoy your own company.

And I promise you, when you have gotten to a really high streak. When porn and masturbation are at the lowest point of all of your lifelong priorities, and you use that electricity coursing through your veins to do incredible things in life. That is when you will find that person. Someone who will enrich your body and mind. Someone who will be the co-pilot in the grand adventure that is your life. Not a vampire, who will leech sexual energy, time and mental wellbeing without returning a single drop of the latter back to you.

Until then, run on lone wolf. You are the lone ship, sailing across the difficult waters of this sphere that we inhabit. But at least you are armed with the knowledge that hundreds of thousands of us around the world are in this together. Fapstronauts of different ages, sex and vastly different cultures all in the struggle against pleasure for fulfilment. I don't know your name, nor do I know where you are, or what you look like. But understand; when the urges seem to be so difficult to deal with that you just want to end the pain of not releasing nor relapsing, I am rooting for you and I know you are doing likewise for me.
