These are the side-effects of your first 30 days PMO Free.

    Hey guys, just wanted to share what you might encounter in your first 30 Days PMO Free. I've successfully completed that and reached to around 37 days then relapsed. (Which I highly regret but I'm still fighting)


    Side-effects you might encounter which you shouldn't be worried about at all:
    - Your first 7 days may be the hardest then things get easier a bit.
    - Sometimes you may feel like you didn't sleep at all even though you slept 8 hours.
    - You may feel heavy/pain in your balls between day 21 to 28 (Nothing serious! it will fade away in 48 hours max)
    - You'll be tempted to edge, your mind will tell you "Edge but don't cum" NEVER DO THAT! because if you do, you'll relapse by the end of the day 1000%.
    - You'll feel depressed, lonely, miserable like porn is keeping you alive. (Remember: This is all-natural from some research I did on Nofap, lots of members experienced the same thing then it faded away after surpassing around 60 days, I relapsed because of this very side-effect, I was feeling depressed, lonely, worthless, I didn't reach 60 days to experience the improvements myself.)
    - Wet dreams (if you do have them, don't feel guilty, it's natural and it doesn't reset your streak) although when you have a wet dream, be aware that the day may be hard and you may get lots of urges, so hang in there and never give in to it!
    - You can't stand anyone including your family (This might happen to everyone, you'll hate everyone suddenly at some point, it's totally normal and will fade away)

    OK, What happens after surpassing 30 days?
    - You'll feel great and like you can conquer the world, but then your mind will start playing tricks, it will tell you "Let's PMO now, you've already passed 30 days, what ONE session will do to us right? You used to masturbate every single day, why not just do it once a month?" Don't fall into this trap, because if you do, you'll have the chaser-effect kicking your butt, chaser-effect is basically when you relapse you'll want to do it again and again and again...it will be so hard to get back in line after a long streak!
    - You may get angry quickly, feel more depressed & isolated, it's trick from our mind to make us relapse to FEEL GOOD, you don't need PORN to FEEL GOOD, sometimes your mind will make you feel WORTHLESS to relapse, like you have no value and you'll never be with a girl, It's trying to make you relapse with every method possible, Your mind is doing all that behind your back and you don't even realize it until you relapse! I swear to god, after I relapsed from my 37 Day streak a week ago, I felt like shit, I felt like I was nothing, a worthless piece of shit, a scum, I'm not exaggerating, it's the truth. That's what porn does. All the benefits I gained faded away in an INSTANT. After I relapsed, the chaser-effect came after me, I kept relapsing again and again and again...5 times so far, but never again, I'm done, I learned a lot about myself in this journey and will keep fighting.


    I typed this article based on my own experience, it may differ from one person to another, so I would really appreciate if you guys share your side-effects experiences with us to gather as much info as we could and help everyone.

  2. Thank you for this great post my friend. Its great to see someone else who understands that this battle is a mind game. And we are battling chemicals and our emotions 2 things that go hand and hand I always tell people that the beat way to be your best on nofap is to educate yourself on what porn dose to the body mind and soul.education and understanding are 2 of the greatest weapons against this machine
