    Right on man.

I work in a place where there's a lot of bitchiness and a lot of back stabbing - everyone talks shit about each other all the time - they probably talk shit about me behind my back, but hey ho.

A while ago I decided to just simply let all that go. Don't participate in the bitchiness, don't say anything about anyone behind their back that I wouldn't gladly say to their face, and if I do decide that I need to say something to someone's face then phrase it in a positive and constructive way, not a personal attack.

Forgive everyone, always. Nothing is more tiresome than dragging around a grudge or staying mad at someone just because they once did something to you ages ago. That sort of negativity can a weigh a guy down - which of course I mean metaphorically, however in a strange way, I sort of do mean literally - as in - by doing the things I've just described, I can honestly say that I actually do feel LIGHTER.

So if I may please suggest an extension to what you said:

Yes, ignore shitty people, but also accept them for being shitty, forgive them for being shitty, and don't allow yourself to be shitty! :)

The top of my list is to go 90 days free of PMO for the reboot, and then have control over it afterwards (which I'll define as a couple times a month if I really have). If I can do that, then I have had a successful year.

However, I don't think I can be successful in NoFap if I don't push my limits and grow in other categories.

-Be more consistent (gym 3 times a week, meditate/yoga daily etc.)
-Create more, consume less (draw, write, cook, new ideas, business, less Netflix/Computer)
-Always learn (try jiu jitsu, complete my CPA courses, gardening etc)
-Build better relationships (expand my network, friends, girlfriend)
-show more courage, rejection therapy, express myself to others/strangers
    -Get a job

    I will not:
-Fap for the next 85 days and then some
-relapse before 90 or immediately after 90, show some control
-lock myself in because I'm in a bad mood/depressed
-make excuses to avoid my goals, activities or relationships
-be afraid to fail especially in relationships and my creative pursuits
-lose heart, even for a moment
