Thinking about joining for years, finally hit a new low

Hi everybody.
I signed up for an account here years ago, but never was active. I thought to myself "I can just do it on my own." I'm sure my being here says all that needs to be said about that.
I would go through phases where I was doing really well, others where I had given up entirely. Now I've found myself having hit a new low in my masturbating behavior and I am completely riddled with guilt about it. I don't know what to do, but I know I need to make up for my behavior somehow.
I'm 28 years old and have been in a wonderful relationship for the past six years that I don't want to mess up.

Wow, I just discovered that I made this account in January 2015, but this is my very first post. It's crazy how long I've been carrying the thought that I might have a porn addiction with me, and it really hurts knowing how much worse it has gotten since then. I feel sick to my stomach.

 

Welcome back! I just returned after being away for awhile as well and it does make me sick how my addiction seems worse now.
