Third time starting over

    The last month I went through a phase of self discovery and I learned a lot of things about myself.
    I'm ready for a change.
    I'm not going feel sorry for myself anymore. I'm going to go on a reboot challenge, and I'm going to succeed. If I fall off the saddle, I'll just get back on it with help from NoFap. I'm also on a weight loss program called "Noom." All this weight I have is just making me depressed, upset, nervous and causes me to PMO. My goal is to be 208 lbs by November but I also need to end this addiction as well. My weight and PMO is slowly killing me. I want to live the life I was meant to live. A change is gonna come and it will be good. The only person stopping me is me.

    This is going to be one of the most difficult things in my life but I know I can do it with everyone's help. I am not alone.

  2. i would recommend a couple different things, first being fix your eating, to burn fat you must be in a sugar deficit, meaning you need to consume 0 sugar, fat cannot be burned unless you starve your body of sugar, here is the meal i follow, really its all in what you eat, eat healthy and the weight will naturally come off, do not consume any more junk food or processed food, if it is not natural do not eat it, you need to be serious about this.
    -2 chicken breasts mixed with a pot of jasmine rice or brown rice, daily
    -veggie smoothie consisting of, spinach, broccoli, celery, 2 bananas , 1 apple, greek yogurt, 1cup of orange juice, 1 cup of water.
    -lots of tea, green tea, oolong tea, peppermint tea, ginger tea, these are all options
    -spinach eggs, salmon, milk, fruits/veggies
    -i occasionally juice veggies and fruits it consists of, cucumber, celery, beets, broccoli stems, carrots, i add more depending on what i can find. I would say the worst thing i eat is the garlic salt i put on my chicken and rice, which i am trying to find a healthier alternative, and i need to cut back on tortilla chips, the brand is santitas, i love eating those with hummus. And for you i would recommend no fruit at all to much sugar, just lots of veggies instead, also limit your meals to 3 meals a day, every time you eat you spike insulin, fat can not be burned in the presence of insulin, i would recommend intermittent fasting, thats where you eat from 12 to 8 and fast 16 hours, that means no food during those hours, also no snacking, eat when your meal time is that way you minimize insulin production, historically humans only ate once every other day, it was hunter gatherer so they would eat one big meal and than fast until they get more.
