This addiction is killing me. 18 years into active addiction.

Hi, my name is Mayank. I am 27 and been addicted to porn since I was 9. I have been going to a 12 step program for sex addiction and also saw a number of doctors over the years but I am unable to stop. I am hardly sleeping and having food. This addiction is not only affecting my physical health but also my mental health. It's now affecting my work as well.

I tried nofap for 30 days between June and July this year and I felt amazing. I want to try nofap but 90 days seems to be a very long period and I eventually relapse.

I will be posting here daily on my progress and how I am feeling in general. Please support me in this journey. I want to live life. I want to recover. Please provide your valuable suggestions on my post.

It's 3 am at my place and I have not slept. Actually now I have realized I haven't slept in years. The porn and internet addiction is keeping me occupied. I have no reason to wake up. I have again spent significant time on internet today.

If anyone wants to suggest something, please feel free to respond.
