This is how you increase testosterone

    Average testosterone 50 years ago was +500 and something , as time passes by average testosterone is decreasing and in this age it od +300 and something .

    It is very mysterious and nobody knows why that is happening . There are even conspiracy theories why that is happening

    The best way to increase testosterone is fasting 16 hours a day . I did a test on a testosterone and it was 500 and something , and after fasting 16 hours every day for months and i did a test again my testosterone has increased to 900 and something

    Nothing bad is going to happen to you to decrease meals from 3 times a day to 2 times a day . It is not unhealthy . By statistics and studies it is even healthy to eat 2 times a day . Eating 3 times a day is uneccessary . In first months i was doing strict fasting and i was drinking only water , but now i can drink drinks in that 16 hours , i am only not eating . You do not have to do anyting extreme

    There are many more other reasons for fasting . But this thread is only about increasing testosterone . I saw people looking for all kind of ways to increase testosterone

    There is no need for you to chase testosterone as much as you can . Because too much testosterone can be harmful and you can lose hair at early age . Just increase testosterone to solid levels 700 and you are good . For that fasting is enough . There is no need for you to look to increase testosterone to extreme levels , like 1100

    Testosterone is just a hormone and just because a person has a high testosterone , doesn't means a person is going to behave masculine . It is just a little part of masculinity , not whole masculinity

    Interesting topic, one simple theory I have for why testosterone has decreased over generations, is because we are more idle sitting about doing nothing. Our parents would have been outside running about a lot more, doing manual jobs, and this works the body, hence why I think they had higher testosterone. Of course other factors may play in.

    This is probably why high intensity training is so good for testosterone. I’ll look into your fasting, I know it has many fantastic benefits, but I’ve been a weightlifter since 15, regular meals has always been my norm, and I’d be worried about losing gains fasting. That being said, one mate who naturally is bigger than me, fasts too, just eats one or two big meals a day, so gaining muscle can be done. Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll try it out

    My personal problem is extremely low libido from all the P, even extreme P doesn’t get me excited in anyway, I just make myself hard then relapse for no reason at all. Low T is something I wondered, but I’m in great shape, feel good, so I don’t think it’s that.

    How has your progress been with beating P addiction since you fasted? I also rate certain foods like eggs, fish, leafy greens, nuts, seeds and liver (once a week) to boost testosterone, bonuses are beetroots and some spices/ herbs for other benefits of blood flow

    Why are you weight lifting in the first place my friend ? Most body builders and weight lifters i ever met wants to be a fighers . I ask why you bodybuilding then ? If you got another goals then good luck to you but if you do it because of fights you are on the wrong place my friend . Too much muscles , like profesional bodybuilders affects combat abilities and it is actually unhelping you in fight . Not helping . Yes it is good to have muscles to some degree , but not too much

    I was exercising too for a while , but i do not fallow that bodybuilding advice " eat big get big " . Because i do not like that feeling of my stomach being constantly full . And it is not natural for us to keep forcing into our bodies as much food as we can . It is torture for our bodies

    I never sticked to any " food " . I am just taking vitamin D and whey protein supplements because it is way easyer to get nutrients that way than through food

    Professional wrestlers ( that is similar to weight lifting ) they eating 2 times a day . Believe it or not . But in that 2 meals they get per 4000 calories which is 8000 calories in 1 day . LOL . That is much more than any human body needs and that is why they are increasing body size . They eat before sleeping so they do not waste energy . This is not healthy at all

    The main food that they eating are rice , bread , potatoes and bears . Yes drinking BEARS are their main food . LOL . Imagine drinking alcohol in a purpose of sport . It sounds like a fun lifestyle tho

    I just wanted to be in shape, and was a skinny kid so added some muscle. As long as you stay natural and don’t use steroids, you won’t gain too much muscle.

    Just to add, my libido shot through the roof today, went from 0-100. Only difference past 2 days is I’ve had a ginseng tea, green tea mixed with maca powder, spirulina and wheatgrass powder, with juice to make it nice and eaten more spinach and peas. So I assume at least one of those has made a huge difference and will help us

  5. No offense my friend, but t-levels cannot be increased.

    Another thing to think about is if you fasted when your t went up, you probably weren't fasting when you took the initial reading. So you likely do not have good numbers.

    Another thing you mention is losing hair because of too much testosterone, which isn't true. It is a synthesized form of testosterone that sensitivity causes hair loss, not the kind that is directly produced in the body.

    But I do like your ideas on fasting. Too little food is not a major problem right away. Too much food causes so many problems when it is prolonged.

    All professional fighters are having a muscles like this . Some of them more than this , some of them less , but NONE od them are having type of muscles like a professional bodybuilder , who cannot even function normally im life ( like enter in a car , or touch his back with his hand ) , he is disabled in so many activities in life . But all kinds of NORMAL MUSCLES , is very good to have

    I am having a muscles too . I still see the mountain on my arm ( biceps ) lol but i was in better shape 5 years ago when i was training

    Too much eating meat especially red meat kills libido . And being over weight kills libido . If you do not believe , just google it and you will find endless articles about it

    Yes it be increased
    through fasting
    getting vitamin D
    exercising
    cold showers ( but i already said in these websites why i am not anymore taking cold showers ) and i am not chasing testosterone as much as i can , because i already got more than enough testosterone

    Yes . All those things increase testosterone

    Because you are " fasting " doesn't mean you will be skinny . You can fast and be very fat if you eating calories more than your body daily needs especially junk food . I am not skinny at all lol

    I heard red meat was good because of some of the amino acids in it? I’ve had burgers past couple of days, libido shot up even after a relapse, but hard to say right now what caused it

    I haven’t commented in awhile but I like this convo as I am in my fifth year of recovery. I agree with shadow on his take of low T. Masturbating like guys have lowers it quite a bit but that’s just part of it. T is necessary to build muscle and get you close to the adult male body. Not everyone can get alpha body these days because we don’t move around anymore or do manual outdoor labor. We are getting sedentary and this will continue decline of birth rates. Food is destroying T levels but ruling class want it that way. You have to get physical movement each day, lift weights if want, walk, ride a bike. Fasting I believe does the trick because I have gotten incredible results with water and dieting. Keep away from alcohol and beer as much as you can. It hits men bodies harder as we age. As for libido, I was actually scared out of my mind as well thinking higher T would solve it. It won’t. The only way to get libido back is to stop diddling yourself with your hand and stop the porn. Your mind and body will have no response if you give it your hand all the time. I don’t know how long it takes guys to recover as we are all different ages. Personally good self esteem and confidence raises libido to. Positivity in yourself as well and your work ethic, your abilities as a human being. Porn makes us weak minded and physically pathetic. I’ll go as far as to say even guys having sex all the time is wrong. It weakens you as well. Your chasing dopamine and physical pleasure instead of porn. Be in control of your relationship and the amount of sex. Don’t let the woman control the relationship that way. Above all, you have to want to have sex for libido. When you see a girl you like yeah your wanting her is the libido which is natural. If that’s not there than porn is still a problem.

    I don't know really . I by myself always had libido even when i was PMOing and i never prefered eating meat . I never had it much in a diet

    I agree with most you said

    I watched articles a while ago what increases and decrease testosterone my friend . I even forgot till now but i remembered these are things to do and , to avoid to increase testosterone

    Having a technology radiating close to balls , phone or laptop ( especially laptop ) decrease testosterone
    Consuming plastic ( drinking or eating anyting which comes from plastic ) decrease testosterone , for example . Coca-cola
    Increasing estrogene ( female hormone ) reduces testosterone

    And many more but i forgot

    I think the main reason testosterone levels have dropped down is the quality of food consumed, and Porn/Masturbation. Eating processed foods and sugars will have a terrible effect on your testosterone levels as well as your overall health. Also, a lack of physical work or exercise can be a cause.

    I personally supplement with Tongkat Ali and Ashwagandha (cycling them, never using both at the same time), and I am more than happy with my levels. I also eat a healthy, meat-based diet, and I exercise intensively at least 5 times a week for about 2h per workout. As someone who used steroids when I was younger to get the edge in MMA competitions, I fought really hard to get my levels back to normal, so I'm really conscious of everything that I do now in that regard, knowing how bad it feels to have low testosterone levels.

    Hey, so I tried this fasting and I lost a lot of weight from it. It's not a bad thing, I'm skinny now, like very thin but it's helped with testosterone for sure. I'm just wondering what will happen if I stop fasting, will my testosterone levels drop again?

    Not entirely true. I knew a pro body builder who also trained with some of the top martial artists in the world. The idea that you can be too muscular is outdated. His stage weight was probably 180 (5'9) height so he wasn't in the giant category. But he was big. There's way to he both. It's all in how you train

    Uh, a lot of doctors say masturbation is healthy lol and every day is not too often.

    They are right on a lot of things, but when it comes to the medical field having good roots in nutrition and lifestyle advice? I've found its generally a bit of a blind spot for them.. but what do I know. Decide for yourself.

    @LOSEmyselftoSAVEmyself I dont know what hard mode is, and I make my own decisions instead of subscribing solely to a person with a degree. Heck. I have a degree!! A good one. Maybe some day you will understand why I have the goals and resolve I do. Best wishes man.

    Because he doesn't agree with what the doctors say on this. He is mocking them, not agreeing with them.

    Also, dopamine is necessary for survival, without it you'd literally just lay down and die. It's the abuse of it that is unhealthy.

    @LOSEmyselftoSAVEmyself hey man... I looked into it and guess you're saying no pm or o is "hard mode". That has always been my goal from the beginning.. I appreciate your feedback, but although it is not easy, I refuse to call it hard because that indicates that I am likely to fail. I know I can achieve difficult things.
