This is odd... and I don't know if it relates to PMO.

    The last couple times I've relapsed and binged, I've noticed that my body odor is noticeably more smelly. At least maybe it seems that way... Because even after coming right out of a shower, I just felt like I didn't smell as fresh as I should.

    Maybe I'm just losing my mind, haha. But it seems like I start smelling better even a day or two without PMO.

    haha. Its seems like girls somehow can tell when I'm on NoFap...Maybe thats how they know...lol

    I used to get swamp ass and B.O. a lot when I used to binge on pornography very, very easily. I am noticeably fresh smelling, and don't smell bad anymore :)

    One of the reasons I smell better since I quit is that first _ I exercise and so take always at least one shower a day, and two _ I'm not covered in girl's juice all the time anymore, and Lord only knows.

    It's not just a guy's thing >: D

    I've noticed that, too. Or at least some similar things, such as simply not sweating as much during the day. No more pit stains!

    There's probably something to it, even if it's just an attitude thing. Everything in the body is connected. If one is anxious or depressed it could affect odors emitted. Ha!

    I've heard that too, about the emotions you're going through changing the odor of sweat. I saw a video where a lady could tell the difference between the scents of "exercise sweat" vs "fear sweat" while she was blindfolded. She was very unique... I have no idea how she trained her nose to be that sensitive. Oh, I think it may have been an episode of MythBusters, I love that show!

    I agree, everything in the body is interconnected... probably even more than we realize. I'm always amazed how much mental attitude can effect me physically.

    Well, I'm a virgin, so I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between post-PMO and normal sex smells, if there was any.
