this is what has lead me to NoFap...and i think it can help all guys

On my journey of being an Alpha male, because I'm not a naturally born one, and all around attractive sexy human I come to realize that fapping has impacted me in a negative manner not in just my game (game is just the word you use that means being good at talking to women, but it's not playing games, HUGE difference)but overall life, when one ejaculates and it's not with an actual human being, as a male (at least for me), you don't get that same feeling you do with a woman (or whatever tickles your fancy ). For me learning game, approaching women, and wanting to be good with women has lead me to this. I notice I approach more and am more confident and not as much in my head and I go for what I WHICH has seeped into other areas of my life, now I'm driven to accomplish things not just for the supposed "quality" of women I am supposed to get but for me to fix myself. So there, IDC if you agree or not, this is what it is, I'm here to make it baby.
