THIS is why men need 21 orgasms a month

Alone or with a partner: sex keeps men healthy!

Researchers at Harvard University in the US found that men who have frequent orgasms are less likely to develop prostate cancer. This is because regular ejaculations have a positive effect on testosterone levels and physical health.

The researchers are even quite precise and recommend: 21 orgasms a month to reduce the risk of prostate cancer.

The Harvard scientists were able to prove with their study showed that men who ejaculate at least 21 times a month from the age of 20 have a 19 percent lower risk of developing prostate cancer. They were compared with men who do not ejaculate more than seven times a month.

The research team suspects that with frequent ejaculation, harmful, potentially cancer-promoting substances are flushed out of the body more often and more thoroughly.

The harmful substances remain in the prostate for a shorter period of time. This is a gland located behind the bladder in men. During an orgasm, the gland pushes the semen into the urethra via the excretory ducts.
Orgasms for your health!

Other studies also show that regular pleasure is healthy. They strengthen the immune system, ensure better sleep, less stress, a lower risk of depression and better self-esteem.

Men masturbate on average ten times a month up to the age of 25, say the scientists. However, the frequency decreases with increasing age and also in relationships. From now on, men can go back to masturbating more often in old age with a clear conscience ... after all, it's healthy!

Whats your opinion about this?
That's great news, I achieved my monthly quota in 3-days.

Everyone is entitled to their personal experience

that’s true, but when you tell someone “you will be in a depleted state” and “it will be become an addiction” and “your woman will look for men that do SR” and “if you want to live your life in a depleted state” that is no longer a personal experience. You are basically telling people this as fact.

This is my experience. Woman have innate instincts that can sense a man’s energy. High or depleted. You can research if you choose. I have.

there is also research done stating semen retention has no affect. It goes both ways. You are just selective picking research that fits your narrative. I researched this long ago and every medical study has concluded semen retention does nothing.

if women can “sense” a man’s energy, then why are all these women going with men that don’t do semen retention? If they can sense “energy” and “depleted state” then why are they not avoiding men that don’t do semen retention?

I am all for people believing what they want, but when you start telling people this is fact, that’s when others will start to question your logic.

When I retain for 30+ days I can feel way more energy then when I’m depleted from orgasm. (People will stare) Retaining raises your vibration. If you know, you know. Best of luck to all on this journey

that’s what we call a placebo affect. I can make the exact same claim.

I can say by releasing oxytocin, I feel amazing.

when I release, I feel less stressed and have a feel good moment when releasing oxytocin.

also the comment on “women will stare” is literally a placebo affect. You only notice this because you truly believe it’s happening. It would be like me telling you “more Toyota Corolla’s are on the roads these days” and then you say “omg you are right, the last week I have noticed soo many”. Truth is there was always a lot of Toyota corollas on the road, however you started to notice them more because someone made it a point to point it out. That’s it.

you keep avoiding answering any questions around your claims such as “why do women keep going towards men that don’t do semen retention if they can sense energy?”. Why don’t they just avoid them and gravitate towards men who do semen retention?

you claim women stare at you, I am telling you I have always been able to attract women, I have been married, had girlfriends and FWB situations (currently in one). I wonder how I keep getting lucky with women if I don’t do semen retention? It isn’t about women looking at you, it’s about having women with you. You need to able to draw the woman and be with you, a stare means nothing if you can’t get across the finish line with her

to end this I will use your quote “if you know, you know”

again, you are entitled to believe what you want, however if you start pushing your belief onto others as fact when every medical study has shown that there are no benefits to semen retention then people are going to argue your logic.

all the best

Maybe I'm not sensible enough or too skeptical by nature, but I didn't found any real difference between my day 0 and my day 140+. People look at me in the same way and treat me in the same way.

hey brother,

you aren’t too skeptical and not sensible enough.

what you are describing is 100 percent accurate. When you stop watching porn and masturbating, you feel good yourself due to the affects porn has one an individual.

when it comes to others however, it doesn’t do anything. The only time people look at you differently are the people that are involved in your life and they notice you are more positive and upbeat due to your dopamine regulating to normal levels and being more productive in life. As for random people, they look at you exactly the same. This entire idea of “aura” and “life force” is completely nonsense, no one can sense any of this on a random person.

It is bs. The more I orgasm the weaker I feel. The less I orgasm the better I feel.

Dont you think that big pharma is pushing orgasms to men to sell their products knowing that masturbation can impact erections (selling erection pills), increase tiredness (selling caffeine products), increase the likelihood of depression (selling anti-depressants), decrease attention span (selling ritalin)?

Too much conspiracy, imho. With the same principle, then, big pharma is pushing new viruses like Covid out, just to sell more vaccine, or they want more doctors because in that way they can prescribe more drugs (and so more money). Or ask employers to make employees work harder so they can be more depressed and require more anti-depressant. Maybe they want us to see conspiracy everywhere and be paranoid too, so we can be cured with more drugs as well.

Just listen to your body. It has all the answers.

Go cum and see how you feel
Go ahstain for 2 weeks and see how you feel.

Now analyze the difference

I wrote just above that between my day 0 and my day 140+ (not two weeks, but almost 5 months!) I can't feel a real difference. I feel exactly the same. But that's not the reason of my reply. The reason of my reply is about thinking that big pharma is like a black existance that rules the world and want us to do what they want to sell more and made money. I find very unlikely that big pharma want us to orgasm daily or be depressed so they can sell their products and, above all, no one can really prove it. For the same reason, I don't think that some brands who produce condoms and contraceptives want us to watch always porn or fu*k daily to sell more products...

P.S: In any case, I don't think big pharma is such a benevolent entity. Certainly, there has been ‘biased’ research to favour the adoption of this or that drug, but generally speaking, biased research is complemented by independent research, so sooner or later any problems crop up.

When I experienced erection problems and went to the doctor the first answer was erection pills. After 2-3 years I found out about nofap and the effects of porn on the brain. That is when I was truly cured of my ED. This is my example but there are tens of thousands or even more stories like this. The same goes with diet. Many doctors reveal that a lot of health advise is focused on the sale of medicine.

It is a trillion dollar business so yes I do think that it is the case.

Porn, processed cheap foods, sodas, social media platforms like tiktok. All elements to keep the population sick, depressed and weak. That is how they make them life long customers of pills, shots, and so forth and so forth.

I don't know how it works in other countries, but I can tell you how it works in my country: if you say to your doctor that you have libido/erection problem, the FIRST thing he do is to do a blood exam, checking that everything is at the right level. Then he moves forward searching if it's something psychological (in that case he send you to a psychologist). Pills and similar things are prescribed temporarily if you have a wife/gf and, in the meantime, you want to have sex OR if you really have a physical problem where ED pills could work as intended. But you already know very well that with PIED the pills don't work at all, or works only slightly. Also, "PIED" is still not really scientifically proven or recognized, it's something new to scientific community, so maybe a younger doctor could say to you "stop to watch porn for months", but it's very difficult you would get that from an older doctor.
The same goes for diet... if you're over/under weight nobody here prescribe pills, they first ask you to do specific exams, then they customize your diet based on your body, send you to gym or do sports. At the worst they probably ask you to do some surgery, but quite unlikely they prescribe pills for your entire life.

McDonald started in 1955, CocaCola in 1892, Facebook in 2004 by a young Zuckerberg... do you really think that those people started their business in so different years just to make the population sick, depressed, that require big pharma pills and so on? You really think Zuckerberg was aware at that time its newborn social could be so addictive for some people? C'mon...

I do agree that the article is far fetched. No one really needs to orgasm 21 times a month.

I am also big on what is proven, there really isn’t any evidence to show if someone has sex every week is weaker than someone who retains their sperm.

when I got divorced, I didn’t watch porn, masturbate or orgasm for 24 months. I had certain things in my life I needed to focus on. During those 24 months, I felt no difference regarding my energy.

each to their own. Do what makes you feel good and what works for you

that’s exactly what happened to me when I went to my doctor and urologist. Both tested me and came to the conclusion I am very healthy for my age and testosterone was extremely high so both said they are not going to consider any ED pills for me.

they advised other things and to come back in a few months.

when I realised porn was causing my ED (PIED), I stopped watching porn and cured me PIED.

when I had my next appointment with my urologist and mention I stopped watching porn, he went on to say “porn can cause ED due to dopomine”. He never asked if I watched porn because it is something new in the medical world regarding ED.

but yeah that’s my experience, none of my doctors pushed anything on me, in fact they were against any ED pills due to my blood results and testosterone results

Then it id quite odd and disappointing that I did not have a doctor like you had.

I agree, it is disappointing.

some doctors and urologists are lazy and basically will prescribe ED pills because it is the easiest solution.

a good doctor and urologist will always do bloodwork and then check your testosterone. If this isn’t an issue then they will look at potential psychological issues.

My urologist asked me if i drink alcohol, if I smoke, do drugs, and even asked if I pay for sex (reason for this is because paid sex isn’t as sensual so it could be the issue). When he realised all my results were good and I don’t smoke, don’t drink or do drugs, he advised to simply do certain exercise and eat certain foods and then comeback in 3 months and let’s see how you do.

I will also add he asked if I was sexually scribe to which I said yes and he went on to say have sex about one every week if you can with your FWB as it will help find out if what he assigned me to do is working.

I don’t mind if people have difference of opinion, that’s fine, however I feel a lot of people put too much into nofap and semen retention and start to believe that if they apply nofap and/or semen retention that it will resolve every issue in their life. They start to believe all there problems derive from PMO and not doing semen retention.

I’ll give you my background to give you an idea as to why I don’t believe In “life force” and “energy” and “aura” that people claim nofap and semen retention gives.

I started PMO at age 15

I have been sexually active since 14 (I have never paid for sex). I have always been athletic, I represented my senior years in school from rugby down to squash. I was also a natural competitive bodybuilder and competed until I was 20 (I don’t compete anymore but still train 6 days a week and have a bodybuilders physique). I have also been married, had many gf’s, one night stands and FWB (currently in one). I have never had a hard time attractiving women. I also am financially successful in my career. Have many friends In my life and constantly travel with them and do social gatherings.

I achieved all of this while PMOing for 20 years (apart from the time I got divorced and didn’t PMO for 24 months). The only issue I had In My life was porn, and I did it out of sheer dopamine rush, nothing more.

Since I found out porn was causing me ED, I stopped and never looked back. My PIED is now gone.

why am I telling you all this? To highlight that PMO can set people back yes, however I still got noticed, still had women in my life and always had people around me while also succeeding in everything else In life I set out.

truth is NOFAP and SR will help, however it won’t resolve all your problems. The these are things you will also have to work on outside of PMO.

Yes exactly. The main reason for me to stop PMO is the effect on the brain's dopamine centers.
